1. Purpose
The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is to outline the acceptable and prohibited activities for users of Bayarcash services, including merchants and end-users, to ensure the security, integrity, and lawful use of our platform.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All merchants, end-users, and employees using Bayarcash systems, websites, or services.
- Any activity involving transactions, account management, API integrations, or platform interactions.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Use Bayarcash services only for lawful business or personal transactions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date account information.
- Protect login credentials and immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Bayarcash policies, including AML, KYC, and sanctions screening requirements.
- Cooperate with Bayarcash for compliance checks, audits, and investigations when required.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Fraudulent or illegal activities:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial transactions.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Unauthorized access or tampering:
- Attempting to bypass security controls or access other users’ accounts.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Misuse of services:
- Conducting activities that disrupt or degrade Bayarcash services.
- Using the platform for spamming, phishing, or scams.
- Violation of intellectual property or privacy laws:
- Sharing content or data that violates copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Circumventing restrictions:
- Attempting to bypass transaction limits, sanctions checks, or compliance controls.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
- Bayarcash may monitor transactions and system activity to detect violations of this AUP.
- Suspected violations may result in:
- Temporary account suspension or restriction
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to legal authorities, regulators, or law enforcement agencies
- Enforcement actions will be proportional to the severity of the violation.
6. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this AUP using the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible.
7. Responsibilities of Users
- Ensure all account activity is authorized and lawful.
- Maintain security of personal and business account information.
- Comply with all Bayarcash policies, including Privacy, AML/CFT, and Transaction Monitoring policies.
8. Review & Updates
- This AUP is reviewed annually or upon changes in regulations or platform functionality.
- Users will be notified of updates via email or platform notification.
- Continued use of Bayarcash services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
